GUILTY PLEASURE: PIZZA! So, Pizza is probably the food that I was/am most afraid of because it has a lot of calories in it. I’m not at the point in my life where I can just forget about calories and everything, so this recipe is an amazing way to be able to eat pizza and not freak afterwards. :)
Ingredients:
Flour Tortilla (I get gluten free.) - 100 to 150 calories
Pizza Sauce - 10 calories
Veggies - Varies! I use spinach, green bell peppers, zucchini, squash or sliced tomato!
Cheese - Depends on the veggie combo. Goat cheese and mozzarella (I use vegan mozzarella or fat-free!) - Calories vary!
Directions: This one is one of my favorites to prepare! I just set guidelines for you to get a good idea! Basically you construct your pizza. I half-cook the veggies by sautéing, and cook them the rest of the way when I pop the pizza in. Cook it at 325 degrees! It’ll cook in 6-10 minutes. Be careful it doesn’t burn! The crust is a thin tortilla! One way you can prevent this is by coating the bottom of the tort with some olive oil spray or olive oil, and cooking it on either a non-stick pan, or on wax paper!

Ok I’m safe for now… I had to get photos developed at a shopping center and then the bus ticketing booth was shut so I had to go to KFC to get cash out! The food court was sending me into a spin but I walked out with a Pepsi mac so I did well especially considering I got paid today

I also walked 8.6km’s in 80minutes which apparently burns 370 calories. Not sure how accurate that is so I wont subtract it from my intake
I’m going back to stay at my parents house for 3 nights. I’ve been so good this week I’m down to 54kg I don’t want to wreck it now. I’m so scared!! I need a buddy to help me through this. Any takers?

Felt ill at work today, my binging is killling me. My usual doctor was booked, but im on the edge at the moment so I went to a stranger.. ended up in tears trying to explain that I eat soo much and he told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I should go to my normal doctor.
I get home, dads being an absolute wanker for no reason and instead of fighting back, what do I do? I get a glass of milk and eat 3 big anzac biscuits… but wait after that I reach for the apple and cinnamon yogurt with peaches and syrup.. that wasnt enough so, a pack of ritz and dip later I feel shitty.. I need to spew I hate myself.
I cant get to my doctor until 3 next thursday, im balling my eyes out, i think its time i tell my mum
